I do not know what happened but any time that i even tap it, my system stops charging, if i disconnect the 2 parts of the charger and reconnect them it starts working, but if i just pull it out and back in that does not make it charge... I do not know what to do.

That's weird I mean I would call up alienware and tell them what's going on. Not too sure if the warrenty covers battery and ac adapter but it's worth a shot. Other than that I have no idea what's going on.

sounds like it got stressed some how, you may have accidentally applied pressure to the cord when moving the system around or picking it up, or perhaps it was wound too tight at some point when you had it wrapped up for transporting it.

Lets hope that the cord is the problem and not the charge port.

EDIT: Read a little closer, sounds like you've got a bad power brick on your cord. Should have like 90 days on it's warranty
