    Hello!
Anyone find a working CPU control app for the m15x?
I'm looking for something to adjust the multiplier, i really just want it running stock, but while on battery... auto drops the multiplier the second you remove AC power and it will not dynamically bost back to max no matter whats running.

    so, really, on battery i have a 1.1GHZ C2D...

any help would be really great! NHC does not work...

I doubt you are going to go around that problem. Unfortunately you don't seem to have an option to maintain both CPU and GPUs at full clocks when on batteries. That's a really bad point of the M15x.

OK got it. Well lets see if i'm a good teacher, go to profiles and expand, then performance on demand, under battery check use p-state transitions, then click every index under the "PST" (make sure to scroll all the way to the bottom). Now hit apply then go back to profiles uncheck auto-adjust inter... now to the top and under the battery part click on the current menu and then do performance on demand. Also make sure you have setup rmclock correctly go the the advanced tab and make sure at the bottom that it says mobile.

Tacomenance, you just prevented a possible return and made my day (actually you "made my day" for however long i'm going to keep this notebook)
I got as far as enabling P-state, but i was only selecting the highest index. And i had the moble type CPU selected ;)

Even with only the 12x multiplier selected the thing will still drop to 6x (t9300) when not being used. but following this i can get 12x on battery so long as something needs it!

    OWNS! thanks!

no problem anytime now all you have to do is figure out how to get the GPU to run like that.

Thanks! and i assume this has not been resolved yet (GPU)?
I'm just getting into laptopvideo2go drivers. It looks like rivatuner can OC when on bettery, but it fails below stock settings(battery)...

    Cool! Taco is the man.

Taco, would you be kind enough to create a new thread on how to allow CPU to be at max speed on batteries? If you could past that little guide there, that would be really useful.
I always thought that not being capable of having the laptop working at max performance on batteries (if I so desired), was quite bad...

    You made everyone's day. :D
