Ok so I got two m15x laptops, one for me and another one for my brother, and I always get this screen that I've attached in both computers! First it happened randomly one time to another but now I get it every single time! Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes and sometimes it crashes as soon as I start windows. Alienware consumer support it's not very supportive. I've already disabled all services except for Microsoft's and it still crashes, even when on safe mode I get the same screen!
Please help me I am desperate!

And yes my hinge is broken too!

    Thank You
    Rogago

reinstall windows, get the proper drivers and in the right order. It is most likily a driver error.

I used hwmonitor like for 5 minutes before it crashed and here are the temps that I got.

    THRM 80°C

    Core#0 34°C
    Core#1 34°C

    GPU Core 71°C

    HDD 40°C

Wonder if anyone have had this problem before? I have it on both m15x's!

So should I reinstall Windows and all the drivers?
    Will this Void Alienware's Warranty?

This will not void the warranty, you can take most of the computer apart with out voiding the warranty.
