Hey guys, it's been a while.

I've started using my m15x more heavily lately, and I have Windows 7 64 bit on it now, but I've come to realize that I can't turn stealth mode on anymore. I remember reading somewhere to reflash the BIOS (X36 should be what I'm on now, it's been a while) and that should fix it, but I've yet to try that.

    Any other ideas?

Last I heard Lessaj7, is that command center does not fully work properly under Windows 7, that could be the reason stealth is not working? Sorry, I do not have the original m15x anymore to help. Maybe someone else can shed some light.

Try logging into MyHive and looking for Windows 7 Updates, some of them are starting to post in there.

Lessaj7 go to your HIVE. AW has already released drivers for Windows 7 64-bit. You can download it from there. Better yet, here's the link, you'll need to log into your account though.

    Alienware Command Center v2.0.10 (Win 7 64-bit)
Command Center houses all of Alienware’s exclusive software. By placing programs like AlienSense, AlienTouch, AlienFusion and AlienFX® in a single, user-friendly interface you gain more control over your own system.

Don't forget to update your OSD manager as well...

Thanks dhoang, I'll give them a try.

Should note that it doesn't work in Vista anymore either since I put 7 on, so that's probably it.

Also, my hinge is cracked. Yay! No warranty! Yay!

    -_-

At least now I know why all the hinges were cracking. Trying to figure out a way to fix it. I think I just got an idea...
