I have repeatedly tried to customize my m15x touchpad settings (Start--->Control panel--->Mouse) because I like to use a faster cursor speed than the Vista x64 default. After applying my preferences, the touchpad/pointer work perfectly. However, every time I reboot the laptop, the settings return to default. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Also, the touchpad software that is opened via the quicklaunch icon in the system tray says "Evaluation Copy." It enables you to change the touchpad and pointer settings as well as monitor the touchpad pressure and play some weird "mood" application with the cursor. Sorry, I don't have my laptop with me so I don't recall the software name, but why would the laptop come with an evaluation copy for this touchpad software?

I believe these issues are fixed in the 32 bit driver update that is on myhive. If you are running Vista 64, there is not a driver update... for us ;(

Thanks for the reply. I had a feeling it was Vista x64! Guess I'd better break out the wireless mouse from now on;-)
