Have just got my m15x, looks amazing, havn't really had time for a play around, but seems nice and quick, will post more later on the topic of screen-creakyness.
I opted for the 3yr warantee, yet I can't find anything like a copy of the warantee or anything inside the box, the only paperwork there included is the invoice and the small alienware booklet.
Nothing except the invoice explicity states that I have a 3yr warantee and was wondering if I should have some form of paperwork to support this, or does the invoice count as 'proof'?
Did try and ring CS a couple of times, their hold tune eventually drove me mad so I hung up, although will try again later if it is meant to be included.
Thanks very much,
Chris

The invoice stating 3 years warranty is your proof showing you have purchased it. When you call for support, agents verify warranty information in our database which will show that your system has 3 yrs warranty.
Thank you. -
Go to Support pages on AW's website and register yourself. You should have a white card on your leather binder with you order Id number that you should use to register.
Once you have done this, if you go to myHyve, you will be able to see everything you ordered with the machine (and I expect the 3 years will be there).
