I recently got a USB Tv Tuner and then an indoor aerial for it. When I setup the software to watch live digital tv, the picture is perfect, but the tv signal seems to be continuously 'stuttering', with 1 second pauses in what I'm watching every 2 seconds!

I live in Central London and my friend who lives next to me is getting a perfect continuous signal which does not stutter- it is just like normal TV for him, and he has an acer laptop and different usb tv tuner. I lent him my indoor aerial to plug into his tv tuner and he got a perfect tv stream.

Could the m15x driver latency be the problem for this 'stuttering' or is it more like the tv tuner, because my tv tuner was almost twice as expensive as his and better reviewed.
