Weight should not be base for the purchase if you are planning to. :) It's either Single GPU or Dual GPU. Regardless if you want portability or not, both are heavy, but a 15x is a few pounds less.

Your buying an Alienware, not a backpack. if you dont like the weight, buy an acer. although then you will have too much of a different kind of wait.

If weight is an issue then go with an M11x. Win/win solution ;)

    4.5 kg for m15x and 5.5 kg for m17x.

the m17x is also about 10 cm longer.
its actually a advantage you can use it as a weight set while your game loads =)

    PUMP THEM IRONS

You definitely don't buy them for super portability. Get a good backpack that distributes weight well and you won't notice it as much.
