My m15x command center touch button doesnt open the alienware command center when i push it. it just lights up and stays lit until i restart or turn off my computer. I have to manual open it and close it from the toolbar. I also cant see the status bar of my screens brightness when I change it and same goes for any of the touch buttons when i turn them on and off. I use to see the icons pop up in the middle of the screen before but nothing now. and when i turn on my computer and it loads after i put in my password the screen goes on and off two times kind of like its refreshing it self twice before i can use it. it also does this when it comes back from sleep. let me know if any of you know how to fix these problems its really irritating me. pm me back. thanks

i would start by upgrading to the newest BIOSes. those being x34 (for the mobo) and v41 (for the touch controls). then, i would reinstall "Alienware Commmand Center v1.07" (or something like that). it should be in your MyHive.

hope that helped. please post again with feedback and results.

best to update the drivers update for the m15X then reinstall the CC. I have the same issue with the M17X

agreed, bios update is worth it, but you don't need it. just reinstall OSD and CC and will work, or at least it should.
