    been looking at a m15x ...does it still have the hinge problem i have reading about....???

    i see that the m17 is the same price....maybe that would be better


    sort of looks like alienware is coming out wth a new 15ch...some the options for the m15x are no longer available...

    yes there is a big thread that i confirmed and Chaz confirmed there is a new 15 inch coming out very very soon

    the M15x allpowerful and it will look like the new M17x and will have high end parts

    okay....remember you from the other site....quess i will wait....though i sort of like the m17, and its priced decent.

    i did notice on the m15x they have only one resolution...1900x1200 , for the same price...that is a bonus. and gives a hint that something is going on.....new notebook. ..i expect it within a month.

    I can say the m17 is a great notebook, I had 2 m15x's and BOTH had the hinge problem, and now I have this notebook and its a tank. I agree with the above posters avoid the m15x as it still has issues and is soon to be off the market. If you can wait for the new m15x to come out, that could be your best bet, or snag the m17 or a 15" clevo.

    If you go to alienware site, you can see that their is only one option now for display..they are probably trying to clear inventory before new one comes out...the video card , 9800gt, drop on price...there is definitly something going on...i expect a new 15 inch with a month
