Got my m15x back from AW today after sending it in to get the hinge fixed. They did a good job on the hinge but it came back with another problem.

They upgraded my bios from x32 to x36. Now for some reason the GPU fan doesnt kick into high gear even when the GPU is at 95 degrees. It is always hovering around the 2500 rpm mark and I didnt push it past 95 degrees for obvious reasons.
The CPU fan now has become annoyingly loud and keeps kicking into high.
I would like to revert to X32.
Could someone please outline the procedure. Since I don't have a CD handy how do I go about creating a bootable USB key ? Would i be able to reuse the usb after flashing or can I use a DVD in the same manner as a CD is used ?
