    m15x is Running but No Display

    My m15x is not showing off the display but i can hear the welcome screen or logon tone. it seems that the system is running but not the LCD.

    Then one day i turn on my machine & the display shows up :) , suddenly when i adjusted the screen the display was gone. :mad:

    Please Help!

    You may have a loose connection in between the Display and the Motherboard


    EDIT: You got to it before me :p

    I tried to connect using hdmi to my LCD tv it is working fine.

    Sometime when the problem appears i just move the screen & the display shows again.

    this just happened to mine around march 15th.....reseated the cable, no go...went to repair....came back broken still (but different issue, none of the ports on the left side worked, wired lan, usb or audio)...went away again....

    apparently it was the mobo that failed on my system...the screen was working when i got it back....

    i suspect fedex dropped the system tho, as my handle was half ripped off the box, and it was also left on my front porch without a signature for the entire day...

    i made sure to rip the handle completely out of the box so that doesn't happen again...

    yet, i'm still waitin for my lappy..
