Hi all
I got two m15x last January. My brother's lap gets a lot of blue screens all the time. Mine it's useless, now it won't start windows I only get a blue screen, I've had 3 different blue screens ocasionally before this happened but now it's useless, my hinge is broken, the volume control goes crazy, in resume my $4,000 laptop it's useless crap, I am very disappointed with both laptops. I want to know the procedure to send it to alienware because I live in Mexico and I can't contact them on the phone because it's an US toll-free number and they are not receiving e-mails anymore.

i guess if you get it last january is almost out of guaranty unless you purchase 2 or 3 years complete care guaranty, also you can get dell phone numbers for mexico just google em up

Well if its january i dont think the warraty is already expired... try calling Dell and tell them your screen problems
