If buying a new m15x would it be better to for vista 32 or 64?

Are there any compatibility issues with drivers and vista 64 on the m15x?

I'll be upgrading the ram to 4gb but buying ram from another supplier as it's alot cheaper.

64bit, no question. 99% of drivers will be compatible.
