Which driver should I update to for best stability/performance?

and what is all this talk with mobility modding, I don't really understand it. When I installed nvidia drivers... all I did was driver sweep old ones and install the new ones from the site.

    Thanks.

problem is that ATI havent released supported drivers for mobile systems for many many months

meaning you have to mod the desktop ones to work on laptops

    simple as that really

Windows 7 gets the same drivers for the mobile cards as the desktops do on the same day :) So yesterday the 9.9 mobilitys were officially released . I havent tried them under vista but will in a bit . They have been doing this since 9.6 now for Win7.
