    my m17 cup / gpu fans come on and then turns off i there a way to keep them on? thanks

    It's automatically controlled. I'd love to be able to mess around with it too but I can't.

    The fans don't turn 'off', they just turn down a lot. It's useful because they're nearly silent in such a state.
