    m17 and intel turbo memory?

    i bought http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230448781807&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT and every time i try and install the drivers i get a blue screen of death (bsod).

    i got the drivers from http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2813&DwnldID=18011&lang=eng

    anyone have any ideas of how i can fix this so i can actualy use this? i see the memory in the device manager but its missing its drivers and it wont look on windows update to try and find them. i am running windows 7 home basic that i got from the free upgrade.

    the part is likely to be defective it happened to me with a intel 5300 that i bought over Ebay the only thing i could get was a bsod when ever installing a driver


    the only thing that fixed it was a correct part
