    if the touch sensitive panel is what I think it is (the panel above the keyboard), then, in my experience, after you remove the two screws, you'll also be faced with trying to un-snap the panel.... snaps have been a plague of laptop systems since they were invented.... there's such a high probability of breaking it that it's stupid... I mean, the chances are probably still below 40% (if you know what you're doing), but still, that's way too high for any laptop system.

    If someone could post the directions on what 2 screws I need to remove, I would greatly appreciate it.

    I do not have an Alienware account and I cannot access the 2 other tutorials on how to remove the panels.

    there is like 3 owners that i have ever seen sorry ...not many buy it because it was overpriced
