    m17x HDMI to HDTV issues

    I have looked many places online, even on these forums. Maybe I missed a post about it but. I had just purchased an Alienware m17x with dual 280's. Now when I hook up my HDMI cables to my tv i get the Black flicker every few seconds. Ok so I found things about editing driver files etc but is there any other solution, and is it really a driver issue or something else. This is bugging me so bad. Thanks

    Did you try disabling SLI?

    Other than that, see if there are any newer drivers on Alienware's support website.

    Things that I have done/tried:

    Disabling SLI
    changing resolutions
    changing refresh rates
    reinstalling updated drivers

    and thats all I can think of right now.

    Do you have another HDMI cable and/or another HDTV available to help isolate the problem?
