    m17x upgradnig 8600m gt to 9800m gt questions

    alright I called up AW CS today to find out that it is an okay swap to upgrade from the 8600 to 9800 but they also told me that the primary is $550 and the secondary is $335.. I dont understand why there would be 2 different prices.. couldnt i just buy 2 of the cheaper ones?

    also if i did this what would be the difference in performance between the two cards 8600 vs 9800

    There are in SLI so one is the Master and the other one is the slave there not the same. They Also call them Parent or Daughter

    nope haha i signed up here like a week before i bought my computer thats what i wanted but i wasnt going to spend 1k for that upgrade.. i was going to do that now but they said the 9800gt was available too.. 9800gt us better than the 8800 gtx right?
