Hi guys. I have been playing Oblivion at 1920 x 1200 and then Bioshock for about 40 mins. I shut down the game to Windows and ran Hardware monitor and they were 90 and 86 for the two Gpu's... Is this Ok? The fans were at full but are now at idle (about 5 mins later)

I'm running Bioshock at 1920 x 1200 at full quality by the way...

Oh, and don't know the frame rates but no lag at all...

My temperatures were about the same when playing COD4. I think it is normal. My brothers m1730 with 2 8700m GT reaches 86 deg C.

    OB,
Mt temps go to 88 and 82 when playing Crysis for more than 1 hour but never reached 90 on either gpu. i do use a cooler when playing games which may help a little.

So it seems that this is an Ok reading. After posting this i started Riva Tuner which after another hour of Bioshock, confirmed that the GPU's went from the 49 DegC idle temp to 89/90 and stayed there. I was also getting 59/61 FPS all the time i was playing the game, strangely only 25 when it was loading etc.

The FPS ans temps were stable and almost a straight line on the graphs so i'm not getting any downclocking or anything just 90 all the time...

I put my hand at the vents and you can feel the heat blasting out the back, after 10 mins of no gaming the temps were back to normal so, hopefully this is Ok?

Armando or James, care to comment?
