    Is there a new bios that i need, or how do i get passed the bsod while installing xp on my m17x?

    This is for the 15x, i have the 17x, and how do i not get the bsod while installing XP?

    darn it...my bad tropics...

    i have been looking for the m17x bios in supprt, but have not found it yet. (but i do not have a "hive" account either)
    as far as bsod....i have never encountered that myself during and install - so i can not help you there. sorry.

    Thanks, damn that's strange i get the bsod, but not u. :confused: :(

    i thought it had something to do with achi, and needed sata, but my bios SUCKS, i have barely any options!!!!
