Ok, so I have been reading all sorts of threads on this site, I have found it very useful in most if not all of my questions. However, I come here to ask and implore for all of your help. It wasn't till I found out that I surprisingly had a Light up keyboard on my m17x even though when i ordered it i didnt want to wait for the light up keyboard. Come to find out it did light up and so I fiddled until i had it lighting up. However it turned out that the right side of the keyboard had some issues where it wouldn't show green on one and blue on the other. so i looked and found out that 2-3 of the connectors on the ribbon cable where seperated on the part that you have to clip in. Along with the fiddleing i some how broke the little black piece that you push down and holds the ribbon cable. I don't have a warrenty with Alienware any more, my 1yr is up. So my quesion is, is there a way i can purchase a keyboard not from ebay. Is there a fix for the little black clip(or will i have to use a thin piece of cardboard). Or will i have to try and renew\aquire a new new warenty(if its possible). Sorry for the Wall of Text

Pretty much your only option IS ebay, unfortunately. Or various other forms of auction sites.
