I've never even tried to mess with this thing, but I noticed that my integrated webcam is not working.

When I click on My Computer and then click on BisonCam, it only shows a grey window. The cam is definately on (Fn + F4), and I have tried to reinstall the drivers, but nothing. The light on the actual camera turns on when it's enabled, but it will not take any video/images...it's just a grey box.

Yup. I've never used it and when I first tried, it was just grey. I reinstalled the drivers and software, but nothing. The video capture shows up at just a black screen.

Sounds like a software issue, i just tried mine and the grey window appears before the video actually loads up! Have you tried the camera in windows movie maker or MSN Messenger?

Well, I've tried everything I can think of. Only thing left is to send it into Alienware, I suppose.
