This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi.

    basically when i first start up my laptop i hear a grind(ish) noise on the left side? fan bearings going perhaps? also when starting up the computer, it gets to the alien face recognition and i get a screen flash and it reverts to the 800 x 600 resolution? lol....
