    my alienware M15x won't boot

    hi, i hope everyone can help me once again, today i was restarting my M15x and now it won't boot. the pc will just turn on but the screen is blank. I did not update or touch the bio or anything , and it was working fine the whole night as i was listening to music and decided to restart the machine. hope yall can help me quick since i need to get some files of that pc for my finals today.

    One thing i did notice is my alien head is now blue when i remember setting it to red on plug in power and white if it on battery power

    Turn it off, unplug the cable, remove the battery, press AND hold the power button for 10-20sec, bring back the battery, cable, turn it on.
    Also check that the machine didn't enter the suspend/sleep mode instead of restart/shutdown.
