hey guys got my m15x delivered today!!!
i will do a proper in depth review in the next couple of days!

i'll start with the main thing i was worried about....the monitor.
when i opened it i was worried that i was going to hear a lot of creaking but when i opened it there was absolutely no creaking except for when i just start to open it there is one tiny creak but nothing else....very pleased with that and its a big relief.

what i want to know from u guys is what drivers and updates to get.
i noticed that when i let it sleep and then open it back up the touch controls dont work and its like its controling itself going up and down(volume)whenever it likes!
    any update to fix this??
    anything else you reccomend?
    thanks in advance!!

see if you have the lastest bios (x34)

then just update the video drivers to 177.92 or whatever is the latest in laptopvideo2go. after that you should be good to go.

It's in your MyHive on the Alienware website. Check first to see if you don't already have it.

should be in system properties somewhere. if you can't find it, download "everest home edition" and use that.

congrats. Wish mine didn't creak. Hopefully it will stay creak free for you (I can't remember if mine ever was or not)
