Two problems mainly, first, sometimes the computer decides not to turn on at all, sometimes it turns on without the lights of the keyboard and anything. sometimes I have to try several times until it works.

and another problem I have, the aliensense software (cammera face recognition) stoped working. The recognition works fine still but If I try to go to the software settings, in the control pannel, it doesnt go into the settings anymore.

    any idea whats going on?

    thanks

update BIOS to x32 (or x36, if you're already deaf), reinstall chipset driver, reinstall OSD and command center. you should find everything on MyHive.

Just to add to what whizzo said:

In order to check which BIOS version you have, click start, search for system information, click it, you should see your bios version on the right side
