    hi I am new to the forum I hope this is a good thread. yesterday I receive my new m17x from alienware and after setting it up with antivirus browser and couple of my prefered programs I was ready to play when insert the game to the drive I noticed this come out right away ejects all time try a music disc same thing sad well I call alienware and after 2 hours they say the driver is defective! we going to send a new drive and a technician to replace it what? I have a new computer not a refurbished unit, please reply with some opinions I don't know what to do and sorry for my english

    I would simply say you had bad luck but Alienware/Dell is making it right so be happy with that much at least.
