    opening up the keyboard to find RAM area 51-m

    Ok at the back there is the GPU and HDD slots, but the ram is located under the keyboard. Only problem is there is no instructions available to show me how to open the keyboard up. it seems alot different from other laptop guides on removing keyboards.

    my 2 expansion slots are there :confused:

    there's no covers on the bottom to access ram? fo' shame fo' shame.

    are you sure you opened up the underbody and looked for the ram? just because it says gpu, or hdd, doesnt mean the ram is located near it for access, ive seen this. Be careful when removing the keyboard, this usually requires taking off the top plate which is tricky, especially since the cable connecting the keyboard to the motherboard will be tuff to put back into slot when re-assembling the thing, call alienware

    i'll open all the slots up and take a picture. but i am sure its located underneath the keyboard.
