    ok, i have an m15x which i got about 6 months after they first came out. i had gone through the hole process of the patched 64bit command center and got it working. i have now installed win7 64bit, fresh after format, and cant find the correct cc 64bit for the laptop. ive downloaded 2 or 3 claiming to be the mobile version, but they are all desktop versions. and in my hive, there is no cc 64bit. only the original, so

    can someone please point me in the right direction. i currently have no cc installed, and i have touch panel light andalienware name across bottom of screen, but that is it. no light pipe, no keyboard and no touchpad lights. the only reason its annoying is, i use my laptop in the dark quite often and cant see the keys!!!

    ok, to update. i have now followed the officail alienware guide on installing drivers, command center and updates from their website. and still the same end result. its coming up in cc that i have an alx desktop, in help it says you can add and remove devices? i cant see anywhere i can do this, as i cant find the "devices" tab/list it talks about. how hard can this be? hopefully im being thick, and if so,i will admit it, but its just annoying me slightly now
