phase 2 is taking foreverrrr...

Is it just me or does their billing dept slack?

I ordered my m15x last Friday and it's still in phase two.... even though they've already taken the money out of my account Is this worth hassling them or is it the norm?

 

if you ask for the money back. its going to take a while. its a turtle company now.

btw when you get the lapto pstree test it for a night or 2 non-stop. herd they still have some heating issues (mostly the video cards)

 

mine have been in phase two for 8 days, then it when to the assembly and after 4 days it was alredy shipped. hold on, if in a couple of days nothing is changed try to call them

 

i was in phase 2 for almost 2 weeks it will take time you will just have to wait.

 

the pahse game is nothing to get scared about. while the idea of the site and interaction was nice, the actual function is lacking. take the phase game with a grain of salt.

as far as what coolazn said, just ignore it. i have had my unit since sept. and have had zero heating issues. he is just trying to scare you for no reason.

 

Bee, I ordered mine a few days earlier than yours and was in Phase 2 for a week, despite the cash coming out of my account the day after I ordered (so dont panic!).

After that I have gone from 2-8 in 4days, which might be good (but possibly doesnt say much about the quality control stages!!)

Well I talked to Roswell support on my purchase and despite the site saying phase 2, in their system is in phase 3 and tomorrow they will put it into production.

 

Mine showed up a week ago, Friday. But I had ordered it 3 weeks before that. It was in phase 2 for about 3 days, then was stuck in phase 3 for awhile. Gave them a ring, they said they were waiting on another shipment of 3870's to show up to check back in a few days.

Checked back 3 days later, still phase 3. Checked back 2 days after that and it was still phase 3 but all the phases on the page were grayed out and then suddenly, later that afternoon I got an e-mail from Fedex.

Their Phase System really needs some work because according to it, I never went past Phase 3, and yet my M17 is sitting right here next to me, heh.

Ya, I wasn't that impressed. When Fedex tells you it's shipped before Alienware does, then there is definitely a problem.

 

Most of you guys seem to be in the states... but from having my payment cleared (2days) it took just 4 days to have it shipped to my door from the irish factory! was very impressed with that, especially as i had seen that the US seemed to have a shortage of the 3870's.

i like to imagine mine being built by a little leprechaun drinking pints of guiness with whiskey chasers! is that racist?

mine was listed to be shipped the 4 of jan but i recieved it the 23 of december! i was really really impressed 'bout that.

I wouldn't get to worried about the status site. It's not accurate at all.

I got lucky with my M17, it only took 10 to get to me from the time I ordered it.

It took a month to get my M9750.

Seems like most are taking 2 to 3 weeks.

Not bad IMHO.

 

The website has had me in Phase 2 for about 5 days now. According to the CS I was in phase 3 over 3 days ago. I don't have high hopes of seeing my new system until the end of the month at best.

 

Bee - dont know if this helps, but my update is as follows:

Phase 1/2 - 5 working days
Phase 3-delivery - 5 working days

I just got moved to phase 4, they are waiting for the keyboard to get in tomorrow or Thursday at the latest. How long do you think after that guys??
