We can help but we'll need to know some info:

    1. M15x or the Area-51 m15x?
    2. Which game is causing the crash?
    3. Does it happen to any other games?
    4. What driver are you using?
    5. Have you updated drivers without fully uninstalling the older version, ie. running Driver Sweeper?

That should be a good start to get some support going.

I'll check back in a bit.

By installing normally did you uninstall the previous driver first through device manager? I would highly suggest the following anyway to try to fix graphical crashes.

    1. Download Driver Sweeper and your driver of choice
    2. Uninstall previous driver
    3. Run Driver Sweeper and check Nvidia Drivers (I think but it's Nvidia something but not the chipset) and run the scan.
    4. Clean out all remaining registry etc from the previous driver
    5. Reboot into safe mode
    6. Uninstall drivers again if Windows automatically installed a generic driver for you and run Driver Sweeper as before.
    7. Install your driver of choice
    8. Reboot
    9. Tell me how it goes

Your videocard could be dying, when I had my m1730 XPS laptop it said the same thing when the card was dying. I'm not saying it is or isn't, I'm just saying it's a possibility. I did bake my card and then it started working again, but again you wouldn't want to do this especially if you just got the system. If I were you I'd contact alienware/dell right now.
