update your BIOS to x32 or x36, and update your media board BIOS to v41. also, update/reinstall the command center and OSD.

My quicktouch controls are quite inconsistent as well and I have to restart every once in a while to get them to work. I hope this isn't a lasting problem considering this unit is less than a week old.

I simply make sure they work at first start-up. If not I restart until they do. You dont have to wait until it goes to the log-in screen just like 10secs to see if the lights are dim or not.

I would try uninstalling the Command Center and the OSD Utility, restart, then reinstall them again. Make sure you reinstall the OSD Utility first and then the Command Center.
