Hello, I installed vista x64 and everything is ok but when I unplug the power AC the quick touch buttons are not respond.Does any one know why?
please help
-
update your BIOS to x32 or x36, and update your media board BIOS to v41. also, update/reinstall the command center and OSD.
-
I downgrade bios from x36 to x32 2 days ago.Does it any matter? If i Update v.41 now it will be all right?I mean,I don't want to demage anything
-
yea the x32 should still work update the update your media board and CC
-
Right,I pull out the battery and this problem gone, but is another issue...
When unpluge the AC power adapter only keyboard switch off.It should all lights off(like I did in power plant) -
you have it set to do that? check which plan your on in there...no offense gotta cover bases...did you update alien FX?
-
I have latest CC, power plant checked it still the some.
-
ok and you have it set as a power plan to shut off all the lights when you go on battery right? if so then i unno...
are we still talking about the quick touch or the alien FX? i lost my self ... i dunno what else .. srry if i failed some one with a m15x is gonna have to help -
Volume and all quick touch is fine now, problem is with AlienFX,yes I set a power plan to shut off all the lights when I go on battery but only a kayboard shut off
-
My quicktouch controls are quite inconsistent as well and I have to restart every once in a while to get them to work. I hope this isn't a lasting problem considering this unit is less than a week old.
-
ok well maybe there is a setting some wher to do it but i unno i have never used alienfx i tried sorry !!!! hummm....nope no idea lol

I would try uninstalling the Command Center and the OSD Utility, restart, then reinstall them again. Make sure you reinstall the OSD Utility first and then the Command Center.
problem with quick touch
