    is it possible to purchase some additional stuff i.e. batteries/HDDs from AW for smartbay? or do they only sell them with laptops?

    I've heard people have issues getting the Smart Bay HDD. I believe you just ask for the Smart Bay HDD Cage and you can fit any 2.5" HDD into it.

    I just ordered SmartBay 6 cell battery + SmartBay HDD Cage (without HDD)

    [Item:M15X SMARTBAY ADDITIONAL HDD KIT-SILVER-PNT, Qty:1]

    It cost me total $151 (including international shipping & handling), the 500GB SmartBay HDD was for $500+ so I ordered just the cage for $18 and will get a 500gb HDD from somewhere else... waiting for them to arrive.
