    question about sending in my AW

    the techs could not get it to play sound, so now i have to send it in to dell. :mad: but anyways, teh box should arrive today, so i shall send it out monday i guess :mad: :mad: . anyways, i never asked about the power cord, do i send that with it or do they not need it and have their own? i dont want to send it and get my lappy back without one. anybody know?

    I never send in the power cord or the battery, and unless they want to see my hard drive, I pull it as they could wipe it and lose all info on it. If you have nothing important on it send it with it. :cool:

    i told them i would send in hard drive, already got all i want from it off. but they said they may replace it if they can't fix it, so in that case shouldn't i send it in? i might have to send it seperatly if not, which may cost me money and more time. not sure what to do...
