    no like a red blotch with small blues ones on the left, its weird something I never seen before & its only really noticable with black background

    That looks like defected display to me...
    If you have warranty, claim it...if you don't mind, keep it...if you must DIY, then DIY...
    To be honest I never saw defect like that, looks like bunch of hot red pixels and few blue ones...

    Looks like LCD bruising. Most of the time you see it on whit ebackground, small brightness differences in the shape of blotches. But in this case it is IGZO which might respond differently to LCD bruising.
