of all things, one of the speaker cones was busted. lots said I should blow it off but for 5000USD I sent it back. Nothing like the probs you had. I haven't been proactive about it becaue they were so cool about the return. gave me a cool amazon voucher but it's been a week and no word

I sent an email yesterday (sunday) thinking I would get a reply by lunch Hawaii time Monday, nothing. So I called, sat on hold for 20 min (that ET music gets old really quick), then I was told my account was with the critical unit and they went home for the day Huh? Still on hold. I still trust these guys just kinda strange. I'm sure I'll get an answer today. They have been really good so far.

There isn’t a specific time frame for repairs because various issues will inevitably have different repair times. Also as stated before, there is the testing and shipping time frames to consider. If you have any questions on your repair please feel free to contact Alienware support directly.
