I got my new m15x last Friday and one of the speakers was busted. I though, is this a big deal or should I just forget it. I called AW support and the guy told me they would ship it 2nd day air both ways (I live in Hawaii). So, I though, it wouldn't take that long and sent it back. Now, on the Fedex website, it says I have domestic ground. Called Fedex and they said that is an option offered to companies, my box (which is still sitting on the tarmac in Honolulu) will fly space available and when it gets to the west coast it will go by truck. Could take 7 to 10 days one way. Haven't called AW yet, any advice?

okay, first thing in the morning. The first leg is too late to fix. The guy I talked to was great but when I asked about shipping, he put me on hold, came back and said, yes it's 2 day air. So, they can't blame it on just him and his English was better than anyone could ask for.

Thanks Steve. Yes, I wish my M15x would have arrive in working condition but it didn't, sh*t happens. However, I've been buying compters, mostly parts to build computers, for years and have never had customer service like this. I usually get a automated response or some lame excuse. AW came back and said we screwed up. I'm getting some compensation and my rep for my repairs emailed me today to tell me he was going to be out of the office on Monday in case I tried to get in touch with him. I've never had customer service like this.

Is it Roswell Crew member, or a critical issues team member?

Critical. ET made it back home on Friday, three or four days early. Hoping for a quick turnaround.
