i'm thinkin bout returning my m17x - the customer service is really poor etc

I heard about some re-stocking fee - can anyone please tell me what it is and how long (around) will it take to get my money back?

the restocking fee is (to my knowledge) only in the USA. it means you have to pay a 15% restocking fee (which basically means you only get 85% of your money back) if you're returning your notebook even though it's working fine. as for how the long the money takes to get back to you, it's different in every case, some guys got it within a week, some got it after a month or two. i would suggest contacting AW_James or AW_Armando, they might be able to take influence and speed up the process.

i'm not. seeing how DDR3 isn't much of a gain over DDR2, and my m15x is working perfectly, I've turned down the offer. plus i love the looks of my m15x, not to mention AlienFX :D
