hey guys i just returned my m11x r3 to get an m14x but they said i am going to have to wait for a refund and i cant just pay the deference. is this true or is every customer rep i talked to just an idiot? please help

I'm pretty sure this is true since the inventory systems would count it as a return and a separate sale.

hmmm bummer im not a big fan of there customer service being that i called to see what the eta is on my replacement because i was having issues with the first m11x r3 that was sent and i called in and they told me it was cancelled alright... lol thats okay ill just return it and get an m14x. so they send me the labels for the return and than a week or so after i get the m11x r3 replacements... they sent me the labels again to send back the replacment, and told me it will now take longer to get the refund because they sent me the replacement "incase i changed my mind?" yea thats what they told me! lmao are you kidding me

Just cause I'm being nosey, could I ask why you are returning your M11x.
I'm on the fence between a 11x & 14x and not really sure what will be better for college.
What was your criteria? This wasn't a build quality issue or such was it? -
