    where can i buy screws for my alienware m5500 the old ones fell out and most of the bottom panel is coming off...

    also where can i get a good hd for my laptop?

    is it possible to replace my usb1 ports with usb2?

    where can i buy ram for this laptop?

    1) contact AW, or the actual manufacturer (Arima? Clevo?)

    2) newegg.com, frys.com, tigerdirect.com, to name a few. make sure you get the right size and type.

    you cannot replace usb 1 with 2 but for sure can have PCMCIA usb 2.0 card..

    IF he has a free PCMCIA slot. additionally, won't those slots be internal then?
