When I click the files to download when I open the dell driver download manager it says: there are no files to download
I am trying to install the new files but I am not able to. This is retarded.

Like the previous poster who had problems with McAfee, you my friend, have also been a victim of one of (the other) Dell's classic pranks (bazinga!).
I never got that thing to work. Before you started downloading files on Dell website it ask you 2 options whether you want to use their Download manager or just download like any other normal person. You probable chose the former option (I made the same mistake)... now it's best if you delete cookies from Dell's website. In firefox they are in Tools/Options/Privacy and then you can remove individual cookies (I'd delete anything containing dell.com). After you do that, the website won't have any information what you previously chose and it will ask you again.
So then the next time you want to download a file from Dell.com, click a download through a web browser. Make sure you click the right download button. -
^^^yup download through the browser. i also nevered got the download manager to work either.
