I cannot seem to get throttlestop to lock the settings i choose.

i have cmod, chipset cmod and multiplier set to 100%, 100% and 11x. I hit the "turn on" button and it says "Throttlestop enabled" at the top, yet the multiplier still varies quite a bit. I loaded up a game and played it for a few minutes and logged it, but the multiplier never went over 10.5.

What am i doing wrong here?
