    touchpad scratch fixed

    so i use my touch pad alots i game with it
    and it was scratched so i opened up my alienware 18 took out the touchpad and used a iphone 6 screen protector and put the whole thing back together and it worked !
    no more scratches
    just liked to share this with u if u had the same problem
    the bubble in the middle is where it got scratched

    I almost never use a touchpad if I can avoid it, but that is a nice mod. Would be good to do that on a brand new machine to keep it looking new. Good job @encor50 :D

    Pic isn't loading, but I get the idea. Nice work :D There was a guy who made custom touchpad skins but I lost his info. I got one for my MSI GX640 a while back before selling it. It isn't clear though for those with lighted touchpads but it looked and felt awesome.
