well i am kinda bummed about the lack of eye catching games for the pc. well here is my question if i bought a tuner is it possible to use my nvidia 260, 1gb to the full extent. if i hooked my ps3 up to the tuner. therefore making the graphics look way better than hooking my ps3 up to a tv

I don't think there's a way to hook a current-gen console up and run it in high-def without some lag between the tuner and your screen. This would make gaming very un-enjoyable.

sorry that makes no sense, but to say it shortly no you cannot make them look better by hooking them up to your computer.

BTW, computer games have better graphics then consoles ;)

And Crysis, albeit three years old is gorgeous.

Moo, I think he's talking about using an HD tuner to run his PS3 through his laptop screen. This is actually a popular subject, and WILL work. But due to the tiny bit of lag, games are still unplayable.

i know me and batboy argued because he said it couldn't be done and closed the thread without letting me help him ;)

he is refering to hooking his PS3 up then using his GTX 260m plus the PS3 to make it look better then just the PS3

not just a tv tuner which makes no sense .....

There's no way to 'tweak' games, either on your consoles or those that just don't have the graphics. The best you could do is force the maximum amount of AA and AF you can in the nVidia/ATi control panel.
