This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I know that I can upgrade the ram in my m5550 but does anyone know if I can also upgrade the CPU or GPU? :confused: I thought I could...

    As usual(big surprise) :cool: I'm not getting any answers from alienware other than an offer to return it to them for an inspection at a nominal fee.

    If you mean to santa rosa cpu's, no at best you can use a T7600 and no you can't upgrade the gpu
