This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    hi all wonder if you can help, if done this three times now.

    ive got m17 with home premium installed,

    ive formatted hard drive as i wanted clean install, but when i update the windows security updates somehow it deletes my temps files and all of the program files,

    now im not installing updates at the mo!

    anyone else herd of this, if seen cple of posts on internet but makes no sense, as their only complaining of the same thing but no cure.

    help please.. as im sick of reinstalling

    p.s i think this is home premuim fault only.

    any thoughts would be most helpfull.
