hi all i had an idea for when my laptop turns up and i was wondering if it would work/performance/good or bad idea.

what i was thinking is keep single hdd in my laptop but for when i play games and im not sure about dvds but alot of games i own are dtd or ea downloads.
so i was thinking of buying an esata flash drive and using this to store my games.

    they come in 8 16 32 64 gig
their on ebay as esata flash drives.

i was hoping they would give as good a performance as ssd maybe and when im traveling its only the size of usb pen drives.

good or bad ..... should set up a vote

    cheers all :)

You should turn this into a poll...

I say buy a smaller GB SSD instead (slightly cheaper I think) and put it in the computer for the OS and frequently accessed files, then just buy an enclosure for the HDD that has an esata hookup. It just seems like a better choice than one of those flash drives. But thats just my honest opinion! Let us know what you decide on and how it goes.
