    So i ordered Alienware 14 on 29 august
    and dell said it should come tomorrow 12th of this month.

    So it's gone straight into shipping and all i've seen on western walsh site is

    06/09/14 14:30 CHINA DEPARTED MANU.FACILITY
    06/09/14 06:30 PENDING.

    :confused:


    I'm getting worried with my order now it's been on same thing for a while now.
    and it says on date on western walsh site > 15/09/2014.
    but dell said it should come tomorrow.


    if anyone has any advice or things i can do to see my order without looking at the same thing over over again.
    be kind of useful thanks.


    Edit: also live in uk




    Edit: also tried finding it on site using 02 method and I keep getting error that my customer number is wrong.
    all I wanted is my new alienware 14 so impatient :confused:

    The delivery date given at the POS is estimated and could vary depending on how the things go in the production process.

    Relax, when I ordered my aurora use almost 2 weeks, while on the site were told one week The only thing you can do now is start writing your list of games to play

    Updated my alienware has came, I'm typing this now on my brand new laptop as we speak.
    I have up sims 4 and tomb raider. :D
    with 16g of ram and 1tb hard drive to use so excited to play.
    Wanted thank everyone for their help, so happy to be finally using this laptop. :D

    I'm also having that problem i ordered my alienware 17 on the 27th of september and it shipped on the 2/10, i go on the sycreon website and it says departed manu.facility and then underneath it says pending. maybe its just me being impatient but sycreon or dell should have a more informative website

    I'm starting to get worried now and very impatient that the delivery will actually come tomorrow they should have just put the eta as the 13th because thats more likely
